Dogs

Dogs (and pets in general) are not allowed at Cresta; we kindly ask for your understanding.

Childcare

Families are warmly welcome here, and in Oberlech there is the Oberlech Kids Club for little children from 2 years old, and ski courses offered by the Oberlech Ski School for children from 3½ years old.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, shortening of stay, or no-show, the terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Association apply.

Late Check-Out

For a "Late Check-Out," please inquire at our reception desk.

Skipass Service

You can purchase your ski pass at the ski pass office (open until 6:00 pm) at the "Lech-Oberlech" cable car or at our hotel reception.

Local Tax

From 1 January 2027, the new local tax in Lech will be €5.27 (previously €5.09). Please note that this will also be adjusted for bookings/confirmations already made.

Cancellation Policy

Currently, the "General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry" (AGBH) apply

No cancellation fees up to 3 months before the booked arrival date
Up to 1 month before the booked arrival date, we charge 40% of the total package price
Between 1 month and 1 week before arrival, we charge 70% of the total package price
For cancellations within 1 week before the arrival date, no-shows, or early departures, we charge 90% of the total package price.

We recommend taking out hotel cancellation insurance with the "Europäische Reiseversicherung" to avoid costs in case of unforeseen cancellations or shortening of your booking!
